Executive profile

International experience. Industrial execution. Commercial growth.

A career built at the intersection of technology, international business and industrial operations.

Over more than 25 years, I have held leadership responsibilities with Siemens, Primetals Technologies, TGOOD and Rongke Power, working across Europe, the Middle East, India, China and wider Asia Pacific.

My experience spans international business development, P&L leadership, manufacturing, industrialisation, product localisation, strategic partnerships, organisational transformation and complex project delivery.

Much of my work has focused on one practical question: how to convert technology and corporate strategy into an international business that can actually deliver. That means aligning customers, regional organisations, engineering, supply chains, manufacturing, quality and project execution — not treating internationalisation as an export exercise.

Board & advisory

An international industrial operator's perspective

Relevant to organisations navigating international expansion, industrialisation, technology commercialisation and cross-border operational risk.

I contribute by testing whether strategy is not only commercially attractive, but operationally executable — particularly where growth crosses borders, cultures, technologies and manufacturing systems.

International expansion

Market-entry assumptions, partner selection and regional operating models.

Industrial capability

Manufacturing, quality, delivery capacity and the operational risks behind growth plans.

China & Asia

Practical experience bridging European and Chinese organisations, markets and industrial systems.

I am interested in selected non-executive and advisory opportunities where international industrial experience can support sustainable growth and sound decision-making.
